| Cork wall and floor tiles are a unique natural product that comes from the bark of the cork oak tree. Cork tiles are made from the waste of wine corks, which are triturated and compressed creating a high quality and durable product. Designed to resist heavy traffic due its composition and memory recovery. If cork tiles are compressed down they will recover the original shape with time. “Suberin”, a natural wax substance that comes from the cork oak tree makes cork tiles more resistant to water, although they are not 100% impermeable. |
